We want you to be completely satisfied with your STPZ Apparel purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer the following:

Returns: Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

• Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

• Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, socks, hats, undergarments, and sale/clearance items are non-returnable.

• Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
